Weave Our Future finance a 100 nurses/paramedics training program, working in the RMG sector, to improve their skills, and ensure better health prevention and cares among workers. Since June 2016, this program is developed by our local partner, RTM, specialized in the healthcare field, in partnership with the factory owners. Over a period of 13 days, 4, batches, 25 nurses/paramedics per session maximum, they will receive a theoretical and practical high quality training.
Once this traning completed, nurses/paramedics will be able to educate workers regarding hygiene, detect common diseases, providing quality emergency cares, awarness of family planning, ... In order to assess the effectiveness of the training, RTM will spend one day with each nurses to ensure the quality of Health care delivered to the workers as per the main objective.
Weave our Future, integrates this project within a global framework for improving the health conditions of workers in Bangladesh.
